We're looking for a business partner!

392 yeast

On behalf of “Hokkaido Environment Bio Sector Co., Ltd.”, it is a greatest pleasure for me to introduce our business.
I think that environmental pollution becomes serious on a global scale, development of the human-kindly eco product should be demanded.
Fifteen years ago, our company established a complete recycling system by the development of fermentation product “392 yeast” that assumed yeast an ingredient enabled the waste disposal treatment.
“392 yeast” can produce the composting of the full ripeness type without being controlled temperature from various waste drained from food processing ground or the cattle farmer in the full seasons. I believe that our products and business model are able to contribute the reproduction of the earth which continued being polluted with a chemical substance, and I would like to push forward development of the products positively. In addition, our bio-business manages to reach it until trial manufacture to sterilize Trichophyton (fungi cause of athlete’s foot) which is a pharmaceutical field by the tie-up with various research organizations. I can provide it as a medical product soon.
In the 21st century the earth reproduction should be demanded rapidly, our business will make possible effort for promotion of the eco-business in a motto by “the repayment of favor to the earth”.

FAQs about "392 yeast"

Question:

What kind of fungus is “392 yeast” ?

Answer:

It is a harmless fungus body.
Because it is a fungus as we could eat every day as it’s chief ingredient.
We provide it in a form mixed with rice bran.

Question:

Is there a gap in the area in the activities of “392 yeast” ?

Answer:

A general fungus is reported to function actively in warm areas but inactive in cold areas.
This fungus wasn’t developed from warm soil in south country district.
“392 yeast” was born in cold Hokkaido. Its activities are not decided by season or area.
The experiment in Hachinohe was a success under freezing conditions and with snow.

Question:

What is the major difference between usual fungus and “392 yeast” ?

Answer:

Most fungus bodies seem to need an ambient temperature and a constant wind atmosphere as an indispensable condition.
But “392 yeast” only heats as much as the hot water for a bath, and neither heat nor air should be necessary after that.

Question:

Does the compost made by “392 yeast” contain much water and smell the same as other fungus ?

Answer:

The fermentation heat rises to an extreme 70 deg C when “392 yeast” decomposes organic substances.
The fermentation and decomposition are repeated only with the effect of the fungus, and the final compost is nearly
odorless. Moreover, a water ratio can be restrained to less than 10%.

Question:

What effects does “392 yeast” show in the field ?

Answer:

It mostly applies to marine waste (such as starfish, urchin shells, fish and scallop dregs) in our experiments.
Vegetables, food waste and so on are shown as well. In these cases, smooth fermentation and decomposition are done when the marine
waste is mixed together.
And it can be applied to cattle excrement and in others as well. Good compost is completed.

Question:

What is the biggest use advantage of “392 yeast” ?

Answer:

We mostly want to put emphasis on the next point.
There is much organic substance treatment using fungus body by other companies as well.
Most are being used together with a machine. An ambient temperature and a constant wind atmosphere are indispensable.
Therefore, plant investment costs a large sum of money or in hundreds of millions a yen.
Because “392 yeast” doesn't require any ambient temperature and constant wind atmosphere, lighting and heating expenses hardly cost
anything at all.
It is the biggest advantage for self-governing bodies and dealers worried about waste disposal.
